Introduction : Vieux Château Bayard has been in the same family for eight generations and always run by women. Marie-Laure Latorre is the latest family member to run the property, returning home in 2011 after many different roles in the wine trade.
Grape Variety : Merlot (75% ), Cabernet Sauvignon (25% )
Tastling Notes : Purple colour with purple tints, fruity and delicate nose. The palate is full and round with a beautiful tannic structure. A greedy wine with already melted tannins, balance and freshness on the finish.
Ideal with white meats and soft cheeses.
