Château Caillou is a vineyard of 18 hectares located in upper Barsac on a clay-limestone plateau dotted with pebbles. It is planted with some of the finest grape varieties; semillon representing 90% of the vineyard whose essential virtue is its adaptation to develop botrytis cinereal  (Noble Rot).
It gives fine wines, a beautiful golden colour with hints of almonds, honey and cinnamon.
