Deliveries are expected to take 1-3 days; however, it can take up to 14 days (unless you choose special delivery). Please note that during busy times, such as Christmas, deliveries are expected to take a bit longer. You will be notified if these delivery times cannot be met for whatever reason. We will not be held responsible for any loss caused by late delivery. Delivery will be made between Mondays and Fridays, usually between 8.00am and 8.00pm.
The more information you are able to provide on the location for delivery, and who to deliver to if you are out will help immensely and can keep our service as efficient as possible.
If the first attempt of delivery fails, we will make one further attempt. You will be left a card by the courier with instructions for this second delivery. Unfortunately, if this fails you will have to make arrangements directly with the courier for delivery.
The security of your wine is very important to us and when you leave alternative delivery addresses or location we ask that you make sure that you are happy with the arrangement. Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed to sign for goods.
Orders can be delivered to an alternative address subject to all the usual security checks by your credit card issuer.
We will only deliver to UK mainland addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands. Any addresses outside UK mainland will be subject to additional charges, feel free to contact us and we will give you a quote from our courier.
There is free shipping on all orders of complete cases (12 bottles of wine or whole cases of beer) excluding areas outside the UK mainlands. If you order a number which is not a full case then you will be charged £7.99 for shipping, the flat rate does not apply to addresses outside the UK mainlands. You can also select to pick up in store for free, and £4 Cashback will be added to your account if you do so. If picking up, please allow 2 days for processing your order. You will be required to collect your items within 10 days unless otherwise arranged.
DELAY AND ORDER
Should you wish to delay, or stop delivery of your product order, this must be done immediately and in writing to email@example.com we will do our best to accommodate your needs depending on the status of your order. Because our payment processing provider (Stripe) operates real time payment processing your account is immediately debited to the sum of your order value and we can not refund. Therefore, cancelling an order constitutes non delivery of product not a cash refund.
We will arrange for a replacement / credit / refund only if any product is not up to standard. Please contact us via the website and one of our team will call you to make any arrangements. Shipping fees will only be refunded if we have accidently sent you the wrong item.
NOTE: Please ensure that you return the item in its original packaging.
L’AMI JAC LTD will at all times adhere to any legal restrictions imposed on us in connection with the sale of alcohol. By submitting payment details to Worldpay you will be submitting an order which will incorporate all these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us.
On receipt of your order confirmation email please check all details carefully, and contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org if anything appears incorrect.
Great care is taken with your purchases. However, if your product is damaged then please contact us immediately and we will provide you with information on returning the product and organise a replacement or refund. We can be contacted by emailing email@example.com or by using the contact form.
Very occasionally we may run out of a particular wine without notice. Should this be the case we will contact you to discuss your order and advise of a later delivery date or recommend an alternative bottle or case. If our suggested wines do not meet with your requirements or if the new delivery date does not meet with your approval, we will arrange a full refund. We reserve the right, at our discretion, at any time to amend the vintages to the ones advertised.
If you have a complaint with L’AMI JAC LTD please notify us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org we strive to acknowledge all communications within 24 hours and to resolve any matter with the shortest possible delay.
All L’AMI JAC LTD prices are in £s sterling which include VAT (at 20%) and displayed as either per case or per bottle (usually 75cl) prices. We make no charge for credit card transactions. We endeavor to ensure that the pricing on the website is accurate, however occasionally we may make an error. We reserve the right, at our discretion, at any time to amend our website prices, offers and products and a delivery charge may apply.
SPECIAL OFFERS / PROMOTIONS
We reserve the right to terminate/withdraw any special offer/promotion at any time, without prior notice. If you are participating in an offer that has an offer code to enter into the transaction, please refer to any special terms and conditions on that offer.
Offers found in promotional material/3rd party sites and/or where a code is required cannot be combined with any other offer/discount. Redeeming any special offer means you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that offer code. Offer codes are non-transferable and may not, at any time be auctioned or sold.
