How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order you will need to call our customer services team on 07751 060921 (open 7 days a week from 8.30am – 9pm) and we will do our best to stop your order from arriving. If this is not possible, we will arrange a collection.
How do I change or amend my order details?
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 07751 060921 for further advice (open 7 days a week from 8.30am – 9pm).
