Introduction : The Pouroutou is a decanter or glass from Spain. The castle bears this name because Spanish immigrants lived on the property before the grandfather of the vineyard settled in 1940. In 1989, Eliane Grier took over the property. She is working according to the rhythm of nature, plants and the moon.
